Tracking Number Synchronization Setting Guide

According to the needs of different sellers, you can choose the time when tracking numbers are synchronized to your store.

1. Tracking numbers are synchronized to the store immediately after EPROLO ships the order. (Choosing this option will result in the fastest synchronization of tracking numbers to the store, especially for orders with inventory.)

2. Tracking numbers are synchronized to the store within 12 hours after payment. (For regular orders, choosing this option will result in the fastest synchronization of tracking numbers to the store.)

3. Tracking numbers are generated within 12 hours after payment but are not synchronized to the store. (It takes another 12 hours to synchronize tracking numbers to the store.)
