Follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your EPROLO account.

2. Navigate to My Account > Settings.

3. Scroll down to find the "Green Packaging" option.

4. Toggle the switch to enable the function.

Once enabled:

All eligible clothing orders will be automatically fulfilled using sustainable packaging. You can verify this by checking your order details, where you will see the "Sustainable Package" label.

Please note: This feature currently applies to clothing orders shipped from our China (CN) warehouse. A small environmental fee of $0.30 per order applies to support this initiative.

Your order package will be upgraded to the below 100% biodegradable mailer.
