Or you can check the tracking number on your Shopify Order page. Track the current status with the tracking number on the website: www.17track.net.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Pleae note that your customers are responsible for customs clearance and customs duties.

Most of the packages are shipped with small packages and marked as gifts.

The package value is low so there are no additional import costs imposed on customers.

But different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty.

We recommend keeping your customer noted about the customs duties by posting a page of the customs duties and taxes on your site.
