  • Destruiremos las existencias no vendidas y no cobraremos ninguna tarifa. Y ya no necesita pagar la tarifa de almacenamiento.
  • Puede negociar con su proveedor de productos sobre la devolución. Si el proveedor está de acuerdo con la devolución, podemos ayudar a enviar el producto a su proveedor. Deberá pagar la tarifa de envío de acuerdo con la situación real, y se cobra una tarifa de procesamiento de $ 0.5 por kilogramo.
  • Si compró el producto de EPROLO, podemos negociar la devolución con el proveedor del producto. Tenga en cuenta que el producto no puede reembolsar la tarifa del producto en su totalidad.
    Si los proveedores aceptan la devolución, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para confirmar. Una vez que esté de acuerdo con el resultado, le devolveremos el importe del reembolso. No hay tarifa de manejo para este proceso.
  • Envíe el producto a otra dirección, deberá pagar la tarifa de envío de acuerdo con la situación real. Y se cobra una tarifa de procesamiento de $ 1 por kilogramo.
  • Destruya las existencias no vendidas en el almacén local. Comuníquese con su representante de soporte de cuentas para confirmar la tarifa específica.
  • Envíe el producto a otra dirección, deberá pagar la tarifa de envío de acuerdo con la situación actual. Y se cobra una tarifa de procesamiento de $2 por kilogramo.

  • Si hay un problema de calidad con el producto, no somos responsables del servicio posventa y no reembolsaremos la tarifa de procesamiento o el costo de envío.
