1. Using EPROLO Chrome Extension to import products

It’s free to use and helps you to manage your dropshipping business more efficiently.

You will need the EPROLO Chrome Extension if you dropship products from AliExpress.

You can download the EPROLO Chrome Extension here. And install it as shown in the picture.

How it works?

Once the EPROLO Chrome Extension has been installed to your Google Chrome browser, please log in to your Aliexpress and EPROLO before using it.

Import Product

You can import the Aliexpress product to EPROLO by clicking on the green icon on the top left of a product.

It will take around 2 seconds to fully import the product, and you can also import multiple products at the same time.

Processing orders

Click the “Order Products” yellow button and you will be directed to the AliExpress website;

The products and the shipping information will be auto added by the Extension;

If something is not filled automatically, you may have to correct it and fill in manually.

Payment step: choose your payment method and click the “Place Order” button to process the payment.

(Aliexpress order will take 2-5 days to ship out, delivery time depends on what shipping method you choose for the order)

If you want to fulfill your Aliexpress order at EPROLO, you can click the “Ask for Quote” button to find out if EPROLO can fulfill this order for you.

It will take around 24 hours to confirm the price and supply, then you can click the “Fulfill at EPROLO” button to process the order.

2. How to connect your own store’s product with EPROLO?

EPROLO is available to sync product from Shopify.

Step1: Sync your Shopify order to EPROLO.

Step2: Open the ‘EPROLO Orders’ page and find the product.

Step3: Click ‘Sync’ on the right after setting the product cost, and the Shopify URL will remain the same.

3. What to do if you can’t find the product you need from EPROLO?

Aliexpress has a huge selection of products from China, you can easily to find a good product.

All Aliexpress sellers are from China and we are based in China. We will have a bigger chance of locating the supply.

What about product URL from other marketplace like eBay, Amazon, Alibaba?

Sure, we can still source the product with URL of eBay, Amazon, and Alibaba.

There are many sellers on eBay and Amazon are not from China so the supply of the products they are selling may not from China.

Alibaba is a wholesale platform, most products have a minimum quantity requirement.

4. How to import the product review?

Sorry that review import is not supported yet on EPROLO.

We recommend using a review import app. Find the same product on AliExpress and import the review from it.
