Important Notice: EPROLO & Inkedjoy Holiday Closure for Spring Festival (2025)
Dear Valued Customers,
We wanted to let you know in advance that many of us will be taking days off during the Spring Festival holiday closure.
Please note the following schedule:
Office Staff:
Our office will be closed from Sunday, January 26th, 2025, to Monday, February 3rd, 2025. We’ll be back up to speed on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, and will address any outstanding issues at that time.
Warehouse Staff:
The warehouse will be closed from Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, to Friday, January 31st, 2025. From Saturday, February 1st, 2025, to Monday, February 3rd, 2025, the warehouse will have staff on duty.
Important Note:
As we approach the holiday season, some suppliers will begin their holiday breaks starting January 15th. Please note that if a supplier is on holiday, any paid orders may be shipped after the holiday period. Your account manager will notify you regarding these orders.
