Requirements of EPROLO Fulfillment Service:

  • Product quantity should be more than ten pieces if products are sent to our China warehouses.
  • Product quantity should be more than 100 pieces if products are sent to our overseas warehouses.
  • If you want to stock your products in the overseas warehouses, you should send them to our China warehouses first. And we will carry the delivery to US warehouses.

What can you do if your products has been stocked in our warehouses for more than 6 months with no new orders, and you are unable to sell them anymore? Here are the solutions:

Product Stocked in China Warehouses:
  • We will destroy the unsold stock and charge no fee. And you don’t need to pay the storage fee anymore.
  • You can negotiate with your product supplier about the return. If the supplier agrees with the return, we can help sending the product to your supplier. You will need to pay the shipping fee according to the actual situation, and a processing fee of $0.5 per kilogram is charged.
  • If you purchased the product from EPROLO, we can negotiate with the product supplier for return. Please notice that the product cannot refund the product fee in full.
    If the suppliers accept the return, we will contact you to confirm. Once you agree with the result, we will give back the refund amount to you. There is no handling fee for this process.
  • Send the product to another address, you will need to pay the shipping fee according to the actual situation. And a processing fee of $1 per kilogram is charged.
  • Destroy unsold stock in the local warehouse. Please contact your Account Support Rep to confirm the specific fee.

After-sales Policy

  • If there is a quality problem with the product, we are not responsible for after-sales service and will not refund the processing fee or shipping cost.
  • If the package is missing during the delivery, we will refund the processing fee, shipping fee and agreed product cost.
  • If the logistics information shows a signed receipt, but the customer claims that the product has not been received and cannot provide proof of non-signed receipt, we are not responsible for after-sales service.
  • If the delivery fails due to address problems or the recipient is unable to sign for the package, we are not responsible for the after-sales service. If there is a re-delivery service, a re-delivery fee can be charged and the re-delivery can be arranged.
