Please note: EPROLO only accepts returns of unworn clothing items that come with the original tags and the clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the last item in your order, based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.
Kind Reminder: We kindly suggest that sellers request customers to take photos of the items before returning them and ensure that both the product tag and SKU label are intact. This helps prevent the return package from being rejected by our warehouse.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Please allow 5–7 business days after EPROLO receives your return for us to process your refund or resolution.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been handled.
For exchange:
Sellers must submit a return request and instruct the customer to return the product to our warehouse.
We will create a new order according to the exchange request. Once the seller completes the payment, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only, and 7-day no-questions-asked returns are not accepted for exchanges.
