IOSS Number Setup Guide

Description:

IOSS, short for Import One-Stop Shop, is a new system implemented by the European Union from July 1, 2021, specifically for the declaration of small-value goods imported from non-EU countries for remote sales in the EU. After entering the IOSS number on the EPROLO platform, you will not need to pay taxes to EPROLO when paying for orders.

Steps:

1. Fill in the correct IOSS number in the input box, with the format: IM + 10 digits.

 

2. After clicking “Save”, go to the order page to check if it has taken effect. In the example below, the shipping address is in France.
